Our accommodation is very unique as we offer the use of a converted barn apartment. 

On the ground floor of the apartment is an open plan lounge dinning area where you can enjoy your breakfast and evening meals and a comfortable space to relax. We have for your use, a TV, piano, a toaster, kettle, microwave, mini fridge, plates, cutlery and glasses with complimentary tea and coffee. 

There is a beautiful metal spiral stair case that winds up to a gallery landing leading to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is the spacious double bedroom (which has a standard double bed) , and a large bedroom with 2 single beds or made into a super king. In between the two bedrooms, is the modern shower room.

The accommodation is private and for your sole use as we only have one set of customers at one time. The whole property is full of character and charm, offering you a relaxing place to stay. 

The Barn apartment looks out to our large established rear garden which you are welcome to enjoy.  There is private secure parking at the rear of the property which is locked at night.

We accept small to medium well behaved dogs at £10 per dog. (Dogs must be kept on a lead when in the garden as we have a cat). There are walks straight from the property into the country side, and only a 5 minute drive is Whisby Nature park for longer walks.
